Dr. Rangalal Bandyopadhyay is a highly respected academic,scholar and educational leader. He is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from The Instition of Electrical Engineering(London). He also obtained advance certificate in Power Engineering from Roorkee University.He acquired his M.A. in Economics from Calcutta University.
